For clients seeking care but whose insurance is not listed above, you may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance if your plan has that option. We can provide a superbill, which is an itemized receipt for services rendered. The client would be responsible for paying for the cost of services upfront and then submit the superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement if the claim is approved. There are NO REFUNDS on claims not approved by their insurance company so clients are urged to verify with their insurance company directly before utilizing this option to determine if the services are covered. The following rates are for clients paying out of pocket. Additionally, should a client reschedule, cancel, or no show a session within 24 hours, they will be charged the FULL rate listed below. Insurance does not pay for sessions not held.
