As a licensed clinical social worker and board-certified tele-mental health provider, I bring over a decade of experience in mental health services, supporting adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Since 2010, my career has spanned various roles in mental health, including autism services, juvenile justice, crisis response and prevention, inpatient psychiatry, community-based care, and private practice settings.
I’ve worked in employment assistance programs, acute psychiatric settings, and state-based services, including supporting juvenile offenders. My diverse background allows me to provide comprehensive care to clients facing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family conflict, and substance-related needs. Since 2021, I’ve proudly served as CEO and practicing psychotherapist of Love and Mental Health, where I continue to help clients find clarity and balance in their lives.
With degrees in psychology and social work, as well as advanced certifications in dialectical behavior therapy (C-DBT), anxiety treatment (CCATP), and drug and addiction studies, I integrate evidence-based techniques into a supportive, person-centered approach. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating an environment where they feel safe, respected, and understood.
Through empathy, rapport building, and mutual trust, I help clients explore the root causes of their concerns, set personalized goals, and develop practical tools to achieve lasting mental and emotional well-being. Whether you are seeking help for personal growth, mental health challenges, or family dynamics, I’m here to provide compassionate, solution-focused support to help you move forward.
